First step...finding all the parts for Section 6.  Here are all the different pieces needed to put it together.

1st step is to trim the Rear Spar Caps.  I managed to get them marked before it was time to quit for the night.  Now I just need to decided on the best cutting sequence.  This is where I really wish I had some extra sample material to play with.  The Sport Air workshop was great, but we didn't do much in the way of fabrication.  I'm thinking of using a bandsaw for the rough cut, and then trying either a scotchbright wheel, or the belt sander to take the rest down.  Don't have the bandsaw yet, but that'll be coming soon.  Harbor Freight has a sale on the 14 inchers thru Dec. 1st.
