Next step is to radius the nose to keep the front part of the ribs from dinging the skin.  The figure in the instructions showed that the front of the nose is supposed to be square to the rest of the part.  They don't come that way...there is a decided slop from the web of the part to the end of the flange.

Different part, this one has already been radiused.  The front looks quite a bit larger, which is partially due to the part being closer to the lens, but it is actually more open now that the front end of the part is square, so a bit of the web got sanded back during the clean up process.

2 of the ribs get modified.  The flanges are bent to 9˚ (glad I made that block, lot easier to use than the paper) and then holes are cut to allow room for the trip cables.  Here I've drawn a center line between the jigging holes, and measured the relevant points out along it and scribbled a reasonable resemblance to an ellipse.

Drilled a couple of holes to radius the ends properly.  Now I just need to cut out the rest, file it to shape, and then clean it up.
