All done!  The bracket is finally riveted (yesterday), and I riveted the 9 countersunk holes on each of the flanges.  Only had to drill out one bad rivet where I didn't hold the squeezer absolutely perpendicular.  Oh well, as I told the kids, if I tried to claim I didn't make any mistakes, nobody would believe I built the damn thing!

HS1004...you start off by grabbing 4 of them.  All four will be modified a little bit, 2 each the same way.

First step was to remove the section of the flange up to the relief hole (this is in all 4 pieces).  In the picture above this one, the relief hole is on the left...obviously this is shot from the other side because here it was on the right.

Now you take 2 of the HS1004's, and remove the tab on the other side.
