Okay, I've gone back to the fixed size pictures for now...they are about 1/3 the size of the other one's, and save a ton of disk space.  I'd rather put up more photo's, than chew it up making them larger.  Might have to check on disk space and see if I can switch back at a later date.

Cherry Max!  Expensive as all get-out, but it fit the bill.  This is the damn hole that I couldn't get a set on w/o hitting the brace.  You can see where the end of the brace got a little banged during the attempts.  Couldn't squeeze it, couldn't shoot it, but I could max it! 

On to my first major mistake.  Drilling out the HS strings where they attach at the center section.  I triple-checked this, and still managed to put them on upside down.  Worst part was that the holes aligned perfectly (damn those perfect holes of Van's, lol).  Pain in the arse!!!
